• All soft-shell fabrics and clothing (for garments with wicking liners use Nikwax Softshell Proof Spray-On)
• Gore Windstopper, Windbloc, Schoeller and Polartec soft-shell fabrics

1. Place clean item in a washing machine
2. Apply Nikwax SoftShell Proof in the machine’s dispenser
3. Select a normal wash cycle, start machine and complete rinse cycle
4. Alternatively, just apply Nikwax in a simple hand wash
5. Drip-dry or tumble dry on a low setting if the care label allows

Always apply this product to used soft shell clothing to keep items in perfect water-repellent condition. Remember to clean gear first with Nikwax Tech Wash before applying Nikwax SoftShell Proof (you don’t have to wait for items to dry between cleaning and proofing).
